As a community committed to student success, SAIT offers a range of services to help students reach their goals, both inside and outside the classroom.
Of students who completed the 2024 Canadian Campus Wellbeing Survey (CCWS), three out of four expressed feeling SAIT has a good support system for students going through difficult times, and 92% felt SAIT offers a supportive learning environment to explore their full potential.
In being the first point of contact, instructors play a vital role in ensuring that students feel part of a supportive community. However, it is not always easy to know which support to call on given the range of needs that present within the classroom.
This presentation will highlight the myriad of student supports offered by Student Services to create a caring community where students thrive.
